PENTAGON REPORT ON COSMIC ENERGY-1988

THIS LINK IS TO AN OLD REPORT showing the u.s. military was aware of cosmic energy to electricity in the 1980's another called "electric fields in earth orbital space" is from 1981.  the report is in error about magnetic reconnection which does exist and creates electricity. this was shown by nasa's artemis program this year. pentagon report on cosmic energy
